Contest Rules
PARTICIPATION: You may enter the Red Hot Giveaway one time per person by completing the entry registration. All entries must be received by 5pm Central Time on the final day of the contest month in order to qualify for that month’s drawing. The monthly prizewinner will be randomly selected by a drawing at the end of each calendar month. The first drawing will occur on June 1, 2009 after the first full calendar month that www.laserisbetter.com is operating. Laser Link Golf is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or misdirected.
CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: A person is eligible to win in the Red Hot Giveaway if they fulfill the following requirements:
The entrant must provide a valid name and valid email address for himself or herself. The entrant must forward the website www.laserisbetter.com to three unique and valid email addresses. The entrant must be at least 18 years old and must reside in the United States.
The contest can only be entered one time per month, and a person can only be chosen as a winner one time per year.
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: Laser Link Golf supports your usage of temporary, non-standard, or spam catching email accounts when submitting your entry for the Red Hot Giveaway to us. If selected as a winner you must be able to respond to the winning email notification within the time constraints as listed below.
PRIZE: One winner will receive a Red Hot laser rangefinder from Laser Link Golf. There are no refunds or exchanges for the prize package.
ODDS OF WINNING THE RED HOT GIVEAWAY: The odds of winning the Red Hot Giveaway will be determined by the number of entries received during the term of the promotion.
NOTIFICATION: Prizewinners will be notified by email approximately one week following the monthly drawing. The winner will receive an email requesting confirmation of the winner’s name and acceptance of the promotion. Failure to respond to the congratulatory email within 10 days makes the winning entry null and void. The start of the 10 days commences the day your winning notification is emailed to you by Laser Link Golf. This requirement applies regardless if the winning notification email was sent to a spam folder, accidentally deleted, or otherwise not received by you for any reason. Laser Link Golf does not take responsibility for lost or misdirected emails sent to the email address you submitted at the time you completed the online registration. An alternate winner(s) may be chosen after 10 days.
CONDITIONS: Laser Link Golf and its participating sponsors and organizations, state agencies, officers, employees and agents are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury from entering the contest or acceptance and use of any Red Hot Giveaway grand prize. By submitting an entry for the Red Hot Giveaway, participants accept and agree to these rules, conditions and decisions of Laser Link Golf, which shall be final.
Winners assume complete liability by participation in this contest, and for the use or misuse of any prizes. Laser Link Golf reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend this contest should causes beyond the control of Laser Link Golf corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. By accepting a prize the winner grants Laser Link Golf permission to the use of his or her complete name and state of residence for possible advertising and future promotion purposes with no additional compensation except where prohibited.
